Getting Started

We require the following to be accomplished when enrolling your child into Calvary Child Care:

Step 1. Enrollment

The 1st step is to fill out an enrollment application.  You can download it from our website or pick up an application at the center. We recommend scheduling a tour of the center.

Step 2. Registration

Registration is to be made in person at the Child Care office with the required registration fee.  

Step 3. Needed Forms

The following forms must be signed and completed before your child enters the center: Infant/Toddler Enrollment Pack Parent Handbook 2,3,4 Yr Old Enrollment Pack Included in All Enrollment Packs: Acknowledgement of NC Law&Rules Field Trip Permission Form Medical Form Discipline Form Included in Infant/Toddler Enrollment Packs: Feeding Schedule Babies to 15 Months: SIDS Form Stroller Permission Teachers: Teacher Application Staff HandbooK

Registration $75 Infants $220 weekly 1 year olds $195 weekly 2 year olds $185 weekly Pre-K 3s $180 weekly Pre-K 4s $180 weekly Registration $50 Before/After School $60 weekly Before or After School $30 weekly School Age All Day $175 weekly
